Tweed Trip

Beginners trip yesterday on Tweed. It was a great trip! We did/experienced renewing/improving our river running skills, negotiating some quite shallow sections, rolling (first roll on river for Rosheen!), T rescue (Sirinya), play boating (John), swimming - planned and unplanned, and generally having a good time on the water.

It was really helpful having experienced paddlers there to support the trip and share their knowledge, and the beginners, and those refreshing their skills, were impressive to watch!
